Crock Pot Roast
(from frozen state)

Beef Roast
Half Onion - sliced into rings
1 packet brown gravy mix
Manischewitz wine - any flavor

Pour small amount of water in bottom of crock pot. (About an inch deep.)
Lay frozen roast in and pour wine over the roast (approx. ½ cup).
Lay the sliced onion rings on top of roast, then sprinkle all with the brown gravy powder mix.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
