Mozarella Filled Meatballs

1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground Italian sausage
½ teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup bread crumbs
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
½ cup milk
½ cup parsley

Mix all the above ingredients well and shape into balls.

Cut a block of mozarella cheese into small squares. Press the cheese squares into the meatball and reform the meat around the cheese.

Pour half the spaghetti sauce into the bottom of a crockpot, then lay the meatballs on the bottom. Pour the rest of the sauce over the top.

Cook on high 2-2½ hours.
May be served over noodles.
