Apple Crisp

Apples
2 cups oatmeal
¾ cup oleo
¾ brown sugar
Whipped cream

Peel and slice apples into a 13x9 inch pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon and bake 20 minutes.
Combine oatmeal, oleo and brown sugar. Pour over apples and bake until lightly browned. Serve with whipped cream.
(The restaurant in Macon, Mississippi is known for this apple crisp.)

Note: When freezing, bake the apples 20 minutes, put topping on, then freeze immediately.
