Deviled Eggs

Eggs
Miracle Whip
Bread & Butter pickle juice (strained)
Salt
Pepper
Paprika


Boil eggs, then rinse in cold water.
Peel eggs and lay on paper towels to dry.
(Make more than you need since some may not peel well.)

Cut eggs in half, lenghtwise, and put yolks in a mixing bowl.
Beat egg yolks with mixer.
Add salt - a couple shakes.
Add pepper - a dash.
Add Miracle Whip and pickle juice. Keep adding these two ingredients a little at a time until the texture is creamy. (Taste test it also.)

Spoon yolk into the egg boats, then sprinkle paprika on top.
Transfer them to a pretty plate.
